He should stick to box score analysis.
He's really hurt his reputation over the last 3 or 4 months as far as actually having any clue about basketball in general.

Guy kicks his leg out intentionally.
Tennessee player barely barely brushes the leg after the shot is released.
I'm not giving the Purdue player three shots because he kicked his foot out Reggie Miller/Bruce Bowen style and got lightly feathered.

It was a great college basketball game. It had everything you gotta have to make a great college basketball game. Best game of the tournament, maybe of the year, so far.

if the contact was on the lower leg, i'd agree
but it isn't...contact is made on the upper thigh/hip area
lol at the Reggie reference. that's quite the stretch there, bub

I'm not surprised the ref blew the whistle, but I also would not have been surprised if the ref didn't.
now quick, anyone know a play to run with 0.1 second left?

Watch the Purdue players hips ( sexy ).
He kicks his leg out and then pulls his body forward.
I wouldn't have called it - it's not enough for a foul.

By rule, you have to call something on that contact. Look more defender included than shooter induced. Close but looked like correct call.

Yes. Just too much contact for it to be ignored.

Moving on - can we all agree that Chris Beard can punch his ticket to any available program in the country right now?
Get the hell out of Lubbock, man!

UT is an obvious choice. But what other job is open that he would want? (Assuming, of course, that Texas will be available.)

It was awesome seeing them give Michigan a good pounding. Should Self ever leave, Chris would be welcome here.

There were a lot of those not called in our game against Auburn.

I hope the texas tech coach stays in the BIG 12.
After watching that tenn-purdue game, the tt-michigan game was unwatchable. Unless you are a tt fan of course. But for the rest of us, it was unwatchable.

And over on tbs virginia-oregon was delighting the fans with a scintillating 53-49 slobberknocker.
Tonight will be better. It better be.

I love watching kansas, but outside of a few dozen other games a year college basketball is incredibly boring and awful to watch.

He’s my favorite coach outside of Self. Guy has fun, doesn’t care what people think and seems to truly enjoy every single day.

It's a foul. It's usually not called. But it's the right call... Except his heels were were on the baseline.
