I love food.
Call me a "foodie," but I'm not really big on that term.
I think I am far more impressed by soul food and street food and well-executed tacos and enchiladas type food, than I am by going and dropping like $300 a mouth just cuz at some steakhouse or Michelin joint.

or, does your wife do most of the cooking?
maybe it’s unsurprising, but at least for me there’s much more enjoyment when it’s something made vs bought…particularly with baked or more complex things

when I smoke meat...I love it and it's delicious. But I still generally don't eat tons of it, and it takes soo much time.
