Nagy. Flores. Zimmer. Fangio. Meyer. Gruden.

I'm surprised that Judge gets to keep his job.

He'll get another year only because it's his first, two at most. You can't waste any time with that QB.

I *think* Staley is smart enough to do some serious self-scouting on his decisions made this year. I will say this, there is no doubt with that team and what they are trying to do, which is be aggressive. On the 3rd down before that 4th and 1 from their own 20, Herbert immediately looks to sideline for next play call. Zero hesitation and he's told his team that. Anything under like 4th and 4 we are going for it, no matter where.

That may change next year. But he will have one more year. That defense was really bad at the LB spot this year. That will have to improve. They couldn't stop a nosebleed.

I haven't watched every Chargers game, but if we are just talking about the most overanalyzed decision last night at the end of the game, how can you not mention the fact that LAC gave up like 20 yards on the 2nd and 3rd last plays of the game when everyone in the country knew it was a run? They're in the playoffs if they could stop a halfback dive.

And that is the dog barking on 4th down. Staley put a lot of additional pressure on his defense last night. And all year. Really blew it. You give the ball up on short field situations and bitch about a bad defense?

And "only" a 56 yard field goal has to be kicked at a low trajectory and if mishandled could mean the game. Tie was good enough.

I may be wrong, but wasn't the only missed 4th down attempt a 4th-and-1 from the Chargers own 18? There's obviously some risk there.

But, I think with those stats you could argue that Staley's 4th down aggressiveness was what kept them in the game.

GW field goal was 47 yards.

After the Chargers gave up 10 yards on a run on 3rd and 6 when everyone on the planet knew they were going to run and then call timeout. The Chargers run defense was brutally terrible all season. The Raiders 28th ranked rush offense went for 174 yards (80 yards more than their average per game) at a 5.1 yards per attempt clip. Too many penalties and a bad rush defense lost that game for the Chargers.

Sometimes risk is okay. But over the course of a season, he was gambling too much. The first game against KC made him greedy. But, in reality, the gifted PI First Down was not actually earned and should have given Mahomes a great opportunity to salt away the game. He seemed to have a gambling problem ever since. He had one of the best teams in the AFC and missed the playoffs.

Flores to NY makes a lot of sense.
Giants have a pretty good defensive core and, on paper, have good skill players ( Barkley, Toney, Golladay ).

That would make a lot of sense if he's going to be able to play next season.

Man, a Dorsey Bienemy reunion in New York or Minnesota might be on the docket very soon.

I wonder if Denver doesn't make a play for Bienemy?

They have requested to interview him it sounds like. Would hate to see him go to a division rival.

Not that the fans have any say, but there's been a lot brought up by Vikes fans the last couple of days about a checkered past for Bienemy. Wilfs would be the type to balk at that.

Based on rumors, feels like Kellen Moore to MIN.

As would I, but he deserves a chance and there are only 31 other jobs available. I'd wish him nothing but the best (except against KC :) :) ) if he were to go.
