Actually California has continually tested the limits, beginning with auto emissions standards from back in the 80’s. As we discussed before California is on the bow-wake of progress and continues to lead. Going above and beyond what the feds require isn't pushing the envelope. It's kowtowing to pressure groups.

Has anyone besides Dumbfuck in Charge determined that California has mismanaged their forests, resulting in these fires being so severe or is he the only "expert" to come to this conclusion?
