Turns out it's not so good of an idea to put all your eggs into the "get this Court to trample states' rights" basket.

Not that Trump would ever think two steps ahead, let alone ten, but going against the whole "don't interfere with how a state does its own thing" thing would be highly inconvenient for a Court that intends on letting a lot of states do a lot of things.

The frightening thing is that he has proven literally hundreds of times that he is sick - in the head - and "congress" (and the Supreme Court) sit back and watch it happen.

What it comes down to is that half this country can see the obvious (Biden had a lot of fraud in his favor), and half this country (the low information voters) doesn't care because they hate a man so much that they would ignore everything else. Since there's been a blatantly fraudulent election where even the SC is too scared to look into, the best thing that could happen is secession. People aren't going to just accept an obviously stolen election, even if the media, big tech and our own government wanted it that way.
