The Celtics should be a better team than the Heat.

I don’t think signing Mazulla to an extension was the right move. I’d be looking at some of the coaches who got let go this offseason.

I think the things Shaq says about the Celtics ( too cool, no sense of urgency -- and on the other hand, the Heat knowing what they had to do, being committed to doing it, take your time, if you're not open swing it to the open man ) is exactly what a good coach is there for.

Yeah the Celtics are significantly more talented than the heat

Id say 7 of the top 9 players in this series are on the Celtics roster.. the 2 heat guys are obviously Jimmy and bam

So anyone that says coaching doesn't matter in the NBA, the heat vs Celtics series is good evidence it does

I don't think it matters in the regular season much but it definitely matters in the postseason. Mazzula is getting a master class taught to him by Spoelstra who is one of the best in the game. That said, when your stars go 7-40 from three in the series, it tends to make the plays your calling and adjustments you're making look bad. But it is on Mazzula to make the adjustments necessary to hold Vincent and Robinson to a number significantly less than the 51 points they combined for in Game 3. That's the same number of points that the entire Boston starting five scored.

Not LeBron's fault. I would feel sorry for him if he didn't choose to be on the Lakers.
Ham and Mazzulla both deserve the Doc Rivers award - which should go to the coach who finds a way to suck in the playoffs.

Big D by Murray on that last play. And he didn't foul James.

Where's Braun?

In the locker room warming up the showers?

Denver players had bigger nuggets than the Lakers did in the series. Played like a TEAM. Good for them.

You don't/didn't see him? Black shirt, hat on backwards, towel on shoulder.

Yes, after they gave what's his name the MVP trophy.

I say if the Lakers had Westbrook, they aren't down 3-0. Heck, they might be up 2-1.

Last night.... Russell 3 points, 4 assists, 3 turnovers. Vanderbilt 2 points and 1 rebound. Beasley played 1 minute.
Game 2..... Russell 10 points and 5 assists. Team worst -16. Vanderbilt 4 points and 2 rebounds. Beasley DNP
Game 1..... Russell 8 points and 3 assists. Team worst (BY FAR) -25. Vanderbilt 0 points 1 rebound, Beasley DNP.

On second thought, I guess if people are rightfully going to blow him for the first half of the game that he had, you have to state the facts for the 4th Quarter that he had. I will say, I feel some of that the Nuggets deserve credit for.

When this photo was taken could you have gotten a million to one odds this guy would average a triple double and win MVP in the Western Conference Finals - and sweep a LeBron James led team?

Bron nearly has a 40 point triple double but can’t get the game tying shot.

Next best player on his team tonight?
Undrafted Austin Reaves.

Talking about retirement but I don’t think he retires til his son is in the league:
