“Sizable number” is the stupidest of the stupid arguments. A sizable number thought that non-white people were inferior to white people (a sizable number still do). A sizable number of people believe that the government can force a woman to seek only medical care that they approve. A sizable number of people thought that ownership of other people was acceptable. A sizable number of people are idiots.
Yes, you've made it very obvious that anyone who doesn't think like you do is not only insignificant, but is a waste of oxygen. There's a lot of that around here.zsn wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 5:18 pm“Sizable number” is the stupidest of the stupid arguments. so here’s something crazy...that component is a member of the phospholipase A2 group of proteins and is related to the neurotoxic component in some rattlesnake venoms (mojave toxin, canebrake toxin and concolor toxin). our bodies also produce PLA2s in places like the pancreas.twocoach wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 1:50 pm Can't wait to see waht this causes some Republicans to do...

No where did I say any of that. Just pointed out the “sizable number” fallacy. Of course you and TDub ran with the inferences.JKLivin wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 6:28 pmYes, you've made it very obvious that anyone who doesn't think like you do is not only insignificant, but is a waste of oxygen. you say it daily, you make it clear daily. No one needs an interpreter to understand your disdain of those that aren't 100% on board with exactly what you believe.zsn wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 11:28 amNo where did I say any of that. When presented with compelling evidence to the contrary I have no hesitation in changing my mind and refining my opinions. Emphasis on compelling

So, a "sizeable number" of people determining that their Governor is not representing their best interests and initiating a lawful recall campaign is "awful"? Really?TraditionKU wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 12:13 pm “A sizable number thought that non-white people were inferior to white people (a sizable number still do). how anyone can take issue with these statements is bizarre
sizable numbers of people doing awful things is part of human history. why is it a negative to point out those flaws?
we learn from our mistakes, or we end up repeating them
