i know it’s a bit cliche, but it’s even better that Devonte is having such success because by all indications, he really is a good guy

Welp. DTae turning into a star. Just single handily won the game for Charlotte down the stretch.

The instant backpedal after he lands.

The sound of the net.

The announcer going bonkers.

Love it.

The Nets had Ian Eagle on the call and his quote after the 3 was “Devonte Graham is not human!”

It's been a very long time since I've been this proud and excited for a Jayhawk in the League.

Devonte is one of the greatest Jayhawks ever. He is an incredible ambassador for the program and he is such a likeable person. How blessed is he?

What would you say if I told you I texted Ian during the game and told him I would give $100 if he said that?

I didn't.
I do like that my favorite NBA announcer gave due praise to my current favorite NBA player.

Marcus had a very impressive game last night too.
36 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in 36 minutes.
Wiggins had 26 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in 38 minutes.
McLemore had 6 points and 3 rebounds in 33 minutes. Westbrook and Harden took a combined 54 shots - which didn't leave too many for Ben to take.
Oubre had 14 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 blocks in 38 minutes.

Still under. But he'll make $100mm.

Who cares about money, he has a mid-tier state school degree.

I'm sure Vonte is going to cherish his career at KU.
He's a legend.
Memories, glory and pride in what you do > $$$.

Having lived well on the mid-tier state school degree, I look at the prestigious schools as purchased elites. You could buy a substitute for your service in the Civil War and wear a GAR pin if you were wealthy enough and had no self respect. Graham is a wonder. He is skilled at things with which Curry never had to concern himself. Lots of upside and a great ambassador for basketball writ large.
