This seems conservative considering he averaged 30.1 over his career, including the Washington years.
With todays social media the MJ antics would be viewed differently. Every bad game after golfing all morning or drinking/gambling all night wouldn't be as acceptable.
We live in a world where people root for Kyrie Irving and Kanye West.

Does Bronny have PG skills?
Cuz that may ultimately be the biggest factor in determining his league potential, even more so than all the leveraging from his superstar dad.
The scouting report I have seen makes Bronny sound like a 4-year shooting guard in a point guard's body. Top 50-100ish. A lot of those type of players out there.
LOL.. sounds like some "hopeful for the worst" analysis.
Some of your heads will explode if he comes to KU.
LeBron controlling Self too? Because we are recruting him.
What is this flail?

it seems like the question is: should bron be held to a standard different from other parents?
the majority of parents would advocate for their kids success, but at what point does bron’s notoriety give jr. an unfair advantage? and is that bron’s fault, or the fault of the colleges and gm’s that would lack the integrity to see past it?
I'm not exercised about Bronny having any kind of "unfair advantage." If anything, getting picked higher than he deserves on his own merits as a prospect is hugely risky for his long-term success.

Sucks? I said he could be a top 50 player in the entire country. He's ranked around the 40's, usually. He's a 6'2" shooting guard. What's your deal?

4yr sg in a pg body. Top 50-100ish.
But yet think Remy is the man?
There is a reason some of you don't work on a bench or in an NBA front office.

Bronny was going to get drafted higher than he "deserves" because he's LeBron's kid. Whether LeBron said what he said or not. It might be 4 years before he's even considering entering the NBA draft.

I also haven't seen anything that KU is actually recruiting Bronny.
It seems like a potential circus that Bill usually avoids. But, as has been said, LeBron being part of the program could be a good thing.

Self usually avoids top 40 players with NBA pedigree in their blood, that come from good families, do well in school, and stay out of trouble off the court?

Scenario A: Bron pops his Achilles in the 2023-24 All Star Game (his twentieth!), retires.
Scenario B: Bron emerges unscathed from the 2023-24 All Star Game.
Unless you think Bronny's stock is the
exact same in these two scenarios (which would make you stupid), then "[whether] LeBron said what he said or not" is horseshit (and of course you know it).

I said he'd get drafted higher than he deserved whether he said it or not. You think LeBron needed to tell teams he wanted to play with his son? Of course he would. It didn't need to be said.
In your scenario he get drafted less higher than he deserves. But we can make up fantasy land scenarios all we want.
MJs kids weren't as good as Bronny and they got more opportunities than they "deserved" too basketball wise.... because people think parents = potential maybe?

He’d averaged 40 in today’s game. He shoot 20 free throws a game
