There's plenty of normal (at the time) things from back in the 1920's-1950's when those things were done that are now rightly considered racist. And it is the keepers of the authors works who are deciding to no longer publish those works, not some outside group. So good for them for recognizing where that work fits in today's world.
No one is banning anything.
