I mean, also this:

A home win over Iowa seems to be the best they've got?

No doubt. Their schedule is clearly a large factor, but not the only one.

Neutral site, so a touch better than a home win. I'd say beating Crieghton by 30 is a better win too.

Just bought my tickets for the West Regionals at Staples.
Sorry for being selfish but I'm hoping to see the Jayhawks play and of course win 2 games there.

It's almost impossible to come up with a scenario that has KU headed west. Sorry, gutman.

I agree. I'll probably end up with 3 games that hardly interest me.
I watched Michigan beat FSU for a spot in the Final Four at Staples in 2018. Was kind of hoping there was a way both teams could/would lose.

Turnover at a crucial moment most likely preceded it

Then he probably blamed the injury on the system the coach was running.

tOSU was ranked #3 at one time. Currently 25 on the way down. I think they very well may be a bubble team come selection Sunday. Currently in 9th place in the Big 10 with a sub .500 conference record.
Granted, they do have wins against Kentucky and Nova and beat #9 ranked PSU by 32 (and lost to them by 14).
Flip side of tOSU is that I believe SDSU, Dayton, FSU, and PSU were not top 25 Preseason and at the moment all have legit shots of being 1,2, or 3 seeds.

UNC with 17 losses and in last place in the ACC.
Very well may finish with 20 losses and end up in last place in the ACC.
What would be the odds before the season started of that happening? 75-1, 100-1, 200-1?
