A lot of people were talking about Coach Self doing things as a big "FU" to the NCAA.
Tonight, Penny told Bill "Hold my beer...".
Amen. I just gained more respect for Penny. Good for him.

The NCAA just ruled the #1 pick in both the NFL and NBA Draft ineligible in the SAME DAY.

Wiseman taking $11,500 in moving expenses from his AAU coach to move to play basketball and then being played by his college team, now coached by that same AAU coach, despite the ncaa telling the school that he is likely ineligible is the ultimate dumbass move.

All Universities should start filing lawsuits against the NCAA. They will fold like a tent and be replaced by committee that doesn't rake in zillions of dollars. Fuck the NCAA!

Calislilmy does not disappoint!
On Thursday, in hopes to reach a resolution with the NCAA, the Memphis Tigers basketball program ruled top freshman recruit James Wiseman ineligible.
When Wiseman's eligibility dispute with the NCAA came under scrutiny last week, Memphis said in a statement the NCAA had cleared the 247Sports Composite No. 1 overall player in May following a "joint standard eligibility review by the University and the NCAA." Richard Johnson, an Ohio-based attorney, believes that Kentucky Wildcats coach John Calipari played a role in the NCAA reopening an inquiry into Wiseman's eligibility status.
“I know how the NCAA works,” Johnson told The Daily Helmsman on Thursday. “That file was closed. They deal with hundreds of thousands of athlete certifications every year. Once the file is closed, it does not get reopened. That is, unless someone with a lot of power wants it to be reopened. There is no reason for this to be reopened unless someone wants it to. My guess is that it is the University of Kentucky—they’re the ones who have the motive.”

It goes on to say that Kensucky was considered the favorite to land Wiseman before he signed with Memphis. That makes Calislimy a vendictive asshole!

Judy - Why do I get the feeling you have more hatred for Calipari than you do love for KU?
Interesting that Johnson actually said, "My guess is that it is the University of Kentucky".
He also said, “I don’t know exactly who or why this happened".
Bottom line, he implicated it was Kentucky and Calipari. If it wasn't, I assume Kentucky and Cal can and probably should sue the shit out of him.

Well Grandma, most people around will enjoy the speculation about Calislimy. We don't have many defenders of him. As for my love for KU. You have no idea. How many FF have you attended in person? Have you ever been to the Maui Invitational? How many professionally framed jerseys of former KU greats to you have hanging in your house? How many years have you had season tickets? I am guessing unless you are Cindy Self, I have you beat in all categories!
