Dajon Terry transferred out and is going to Tennessee. That’s good for him. Step up for sure. He would have played a ton though. And his position coach looking like he’s staying too. Definitely a tad odd, but oh well.
Bring some Buffalo guys over.
Marcus Harris going to SEC country and playing at Auburn.
2 DL starters from last year's team moving to SEC teams. Some big losses for sure.
But shows that the talent is there, now the staff is going to develop probably better than we've seen in the last 15 years.
Really need Prunty to stay and be a mainstay at corner.

We've basically become a JUCO at this point.
Put us on Last Chance U.

100 days away from kickoff.
Recruiting for 2022 class will start soon as visits can happen starting in June.
I'm excited for Kansas Football. Even though I know the record will stink, I'm excited to see this staff put their heads down and just plain work.

So can we agree that this is a good sign from one of the more talented players we could/should be concerned with transferring?

Definitely doesn't hurt. I think he's here as long as Chevis Jackson is. That guy recruited him and coaches him every day. That shit matters.

Under/over wins v ksu in the next 5 years set to 1.5.

Man that's a good one. Heart says 2 but head says under 1.5. They'll win in like year 3. But that being said, there will probably be one more "blowout". And that will be this year.
But wouldn't be surprised if there was 2 wins against them in the next 5.

First 3 games set
9-3 Friday - South Dakota - 7pm ESPN+
9-10 Friday - At Coastal - 6:30pm ESPN2
9-18 Saturday - Baylor - 2:30pm ESPN+
2:30 PM games in September kind of stink, but a good schedule for me who will be coaching youth football on Saturday mornings.

2 Friday games?
I guess we really ARE a HS-level football team.

Well the first Friday was our doing. Second Friday was likely Coastal's call because they wanted national TV.
Some really good games in week 2 in CFB.
Oregon at Ohio State
Texas at Arkansas
Iowa at Iowa State
Washington at Michigan
NC State at Mississippi State
Cal at TCU
Coastal wasn't going to get on national TV with that schedule. So push it to Friday and have a lot of eyes on you.

Love Friday night games. Wish the NFL would schedule one as well.

Friday Night Lights.
And...I like it. No one pays attention to Friday night college games. People aren't thinking college football until Saturday morning...so we get our asses kicked when no one's watching and they don't even post the scores or show highlights on Saturday...since the game was from the day before.
I'm fine with it.
Better to go 0-12 in anonymity.

I have a much better shot at watching a Friday night game then a Saturday afternoon one.
Into it.

Grain of salt time but....
If that's true, maybe help in the trenches is on the way.

Yeah I would imagine some help on both lines and another few guys will be coming here either as grad transfers or just a regular transfer.
But we need help on both lines. Bad.

When Liepold first took the job I think there were a few linemen on each side of the ball that entered the portal so I gotta think those are the guys we're after.
