While I was rooting for FAU, I sent my SIL a nice condolence text cuz he's into tater-ball, rather than the nanner nanner boo boo that I really wanted to send.

Little dood with passes between his legs, behind his back. Jacking ill advised 3s. He's really good but went for highlights over winning.

So in this next game I wouldn’t mind seeing the zags get boat raced
If it were any team besides UConn.
no one said anything about cheering for UConn.
but, I retract my previous statement. This is more fun being a closer and (sorta) back-and-forth game.

Being KU, I expect better out of us.
We should be flattered, because we know it's based on jealousy.
There is some of that, but the hard truth is that they hate the progressive nature of Lawrence and are inclined to torches and pitchforks at a certain point beyond Topeka.
Kansas had a great legacy as a free state and reasonable inhabitants willing to give of themselves for others. I greatly dislike what they have done to a state my ancestors helped found as free soil. The hate tropes that dominate their daily lives are streamed our way in a predicable fashion because it is a day ending in a "y".
Actually, a great deal of Kansans wanted a free state that exclude blacks. Very few of them were from Lawrence.
And using Topeka as a dividing line is weird. With Westboro Baptist being there and all.
I live in Lawrence, and I think it’s over the top progressive a lot of the time. I’d take that over the opposite every time.
Lawrence Too progressive? Yow. I am glad Statie lost. Won't bother with your other points. Mich sock could have trolled them.

I think Lily is in every commercial break. That's a great thing.
Too matronly for me.

"All the boys were away at the war, so we only had each other to hang out with."
I’ve seen some ‘movies’ where this scenario is hooening. The girls seemed to enjoy each other’s company and find things to do!
(Seriously, though, good story)
Thanks.
I sparred you the part where my mother's father sold his 5 y/o daughter, my mother's younger sister, to a couple in Oklahoma whose young daughter had died almost a year earlier.
That's right... He monitored the obituaries, saw the grieving parents as a vulnerable target, waited, and then sold his own daughter to them. #notkidding
For about 4-5 months, my mother's mother had no idea where or what had happened to her child.

Ugh.
Sportsmanship is shaking hands with all the players and coaches. It’s giving credit to the team that beat you at the presser. Hell, it’s even contacting the coach the next day and wishing him the best.
What Tang did is making it about him. This is their moment. This is their coaches moment. It’s not yours dude.
I kinda liked Tang but he’s become too much.
