Do any of you guys have any opinions about when someone cuts a donut in half from a communal supply of donuts and just leaves the other half to dry out?

Because I don't like it.

I'm 50/50 on that issue.

I half way donut know what to think about having the ability to post on this new (and improved) site!

Where is the "kick" feature?

Do you think all four legged mammals are jealous that dogs got credited with doggy style?

Half donuts are the worst if it goes for more than 30 minutes. Within those 30 minutes it's still alright. After that it's dried out and horrible. Like Pikes Peak donuts type of terrible.

exactly...an intact donut is probably good for ~12 hours. Once the integrity is disturbed, the clock is ticking.

Whenever we get donuts at home, the wife always cuts hers in half and takes a half of each flavor, leaving the others to dry out until she eats them later (they're hers, so I couldn't care less). First thing I think about is this thread.

By the pure definition a Donut is...

1 : a small ring-shaped piece of sweet fried dough
2 : something (such as a mathematical torus) that has a round shape like a doughnut
3 : a controlled skid that sends an automobile into a tight circle of at least 360 degrees

You cut it in half, it is no longer a Donut, it is a pastry

At least 360 degrees?

So when you see one of those car races where they’re drifting around turns, they’re really just doing a bunch of half donuts.
