Love vs. hate?

Lee, who won his first Oscar on Sunday night for BlacKkKlansman, called for the American people to “mobilise” for the upcoming Presidential Election in 2020. President Trump will be seeking re-election for a second term in office, and although his opponent is yet to be chosen for the race, Lee says the vote will be a “moral choice between love versus hate”.

This makes no sense, the only hater here is Spike Lee.

Like I said in another thread, Trumpfuck in charge made no effort to congratulate the winners last night and instead only posted about Spike. Donald posted hate and not love.
Spike owned Donald last night. Got a reaction from the commander in chief.
Good for Spike and good for America. Donald's true colors show/ed once again.

Be nice if Spike Lee could read his notes, or better yet not have to use notes at all, when doing his racist hit on your President, who has done more for African Americans (Criminal Justice Reform, Lowest Unemployment numbers in History, Tax Cuts, etc.) than almost any other Pres!

"Spike owned Donald last night. Got a reaction from the commander in chief."

Reminds me of the upcoming Summit II with Kim.

Dolomite, if you did not understand how Spike Lee connected the President with hate, then read the yahoo story You linked to. The president’s quote about fine people on both sides of the Charlottesville protest is in the yahoo story and was in the movie that Spike Lee won the Oscar for.

Spike doesn’t mention Trump by name, yet Trump assumes the term “hate” was referencing him.

Do people really know what Trump means when he speaks? I believe a lot of his sentences are taken out of context and the meanings are twisted around to fit the liberal narrative. For example the media has had a hay day when he said SOME of the undocumented immigrants are rapists. Note he did not say ALL are rapists. The media would like people to believe that it was “ALL”. One of Hitler’s buddies said if you tell a lie enough times people will start believing it. As far as the “nice people on both sides”, who knows what he was thinking? Just another example of the media trying to make up excuses or reasons to hate Trump. The statement that “Mexico will pay for the wall” is another example which can be taken two different ways. No one actually believes that Mexico will write a check, it would be indirect payments via more favorable trade deals.
I know the people that hate Trump will keep on hating him and the same could be said for Obama, the hating that is.

I'll bite and respond.
Does Trump really know what he means when he speaks? I'll answer that for you. Too often - no.
I believe a lot of his sentences are taken out of context because no one knows what the fuck he means and/or is saying. Including himself. If that fits the "liberal narrative" what it the "conservative narrative"? To not know what the fuck you're talking about?
The media should have a field day when a man running for President says about Mexico and Mexican people - “They are not our friend, believe me.” "When will the U.S. stop sending $'s to our enemies, i.e. Mexico and others". "I want nothing to do with Mexico other than to build an impenetrable WALL and stop them from ripping off U.S.". "“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best, they’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.” “Mexico is going to pay for the wall.
As far as your quoting Hitler's buddy, you were close with the quote but that's not what's important here. You don't think that quote applies to Trump as much as it does the media?
You said, "As far as the “nice people on both sides”, who knows what he was thinking"? I'm not sure Trump knew what he was thinking but I have to assume there are a lot of well educated and intelligent people who took it to mean Trump felt the racist fucks are good people. Or I'll give him the benefit of doubt and say maybe Trump meant that there were good people there - who can be and are racist.
You said, "No one actually believes that Mexico will write a check, it would be indirect payments via more favorable trade deals". Ok, you get it but to say "no one actually believes Mexico will write a check" shows ignorance and blindness. Of course there are a shit load of people who believed he meant Mexico would pay for the wall. In cash, a check, whatever.
You're 100% right about one thing. Haters are going to be haters. I can't believe some of the shit I see/read/hear on BOTH sides. If some/many people truly believe what they say then they should be institutionalized. I seriously mean it. They are very sick people.
