Texas Tech loses by 10 to UTEP in a charity game. Take it with a grain of salt? Or maybe not?

Beard is a good enough coach that they will win some games that on paper they shouldn't. Maretti is the only guy back from their top 8 if I remember right. They are going to take some lumps, but still won't be an easy out by conference play.
