Is that like WhatsApp? My daughter just told me if I want to talk to her while she is in Spain for the next 2 weeks I have to get WhatsApp. You kids and your god damn technology, why couldn't you just be satisfied with rotary dialing on phones. Why do things have to change? Change confuses me, I would rather just hand you bills and have you count the change back to me. Have you seen my keys? Where are my god damn keys? Where are my new tax breaks?

Why hasn’t Rudy been subpoenaed, again?

Client-attorney privileges.

I don't understand how the Dems are not making a huge deal of getting the others to talk though, and to get the docs Sondland referred to released. Republicans are pushing harder for their bs witnesses than the Dems are for the legit and, if they want Trump removed, absolutely necessary witnesses.

Does attorney client privilege apply in such a situation?

How about Barr?

My lawyer-coworker (although his specialty is intellectual property) explained that privilege does not apply here because Rudy was not representing in a legal matter and Rudy can’t practice in Ukraine. So he was not working in his capacity as a lawyer providing legal work. He joked that if someone claimed that in court it would be the fastest path to disbarment!!

Yeah. I don’t know how attorney client privilege is supposed to apply to a shadow foreign policy.

How long would it take to get through a legal battle to force him to testify in the Senate?

Executive Privilege.
John Gotti would still be free if he could do what Trump has done.

That brings up another question:

Do the articles of impeachment mention something along the lines of, contempt of Congress?

I'd like to appeal to Leawood for a ruling on Rudy's spokeswoman, please. Thanks in advance.
