It's interesting - if this type of voter really wanted to "try something different" or voted Trump because he's a "true outsider," they appear to have multiple choices this year that fit the bill.

So last night we had a funny convo.
Beav was talking shit on potus. I said something wondering what republican support for the guy will look like as we get closer to the election.
Beav says, well it’s not like republicans can get rid of him now. I said, well they could have if they wanted to 2 months ago, but instead they refused to even hear from witnesses and went all in despite that.
He said, yeah but the dems screwed up the impeachment. They just turned it into partisan grandstanding. If they really wanted to hear from witnesses, congress should have called them, instead of sending the vote to the senate for a trial just to try and make republicans look bad.
