Dropped out.

Warren, Sanders, Klobuchar, Biden and Bloomberg left.

Field should cut from there soon too. Going to be a tight contest.

If we're being honest, Mayor Pete wasn't really running for the 2020 nomination anyway.

He was running for 2024 nomination.

My guess is that Warren knew this was coming, which is why she didn't bail out first. She and Klobuchar pick up an overwhelming chunk of his voters.

Yeah. Think Klobuchar gets more of his votes than Warren. Warren too similar to Bernie. Any closer to Pete.

At some point, I hope someone explains why Amy HATES him so much.

Pete will have a place in Biden's cabinet.

I actually don't get this. Why would he, who's been performing better than he's polled, drop out entirely based on polls, while Warren and Klobuchar are still in?

Because from her POV he is taking her voters without having earned it.

I get the feeling Biden offered it to get him out...

IMO, Pete doesn't expand Biden's base enough to be offered the VP spot.

The wrong one of those two dropped. Not sure it all matters too much though.

This sucks. You mean to tell me I learned the Pete Dance for nothing?

And what am I going to do with all these coffee mugs?

I agree. Feels like Abrams or Klobuchar to me, depending on how they want to attack the map.

Having Pete as VP draws a demographic that Biden lacks.

Also, makes the idea of a Biden Presidency a bit more appealing.

It certainly won't get him Indiana. That is one messed up state.

Biden's running mate will matter more than usual. I'm not sure he can make it a full term
