Dropping out as well. Plans to endorse Biden for nominee..
And now we are down to the Final 4.
Sanders, Warren, Biden, Bloomberg
Think Pete and Amy both like Biden and are maybe aiming to be his VP candidate. Don't know how much weight that will carry, but it is something to watch.

Crap. No one left under the age of 70.
Re: Klobuchar
Biden at 77 is the youngest dood in the field.

Re: Klobuchar
Thought the Democratic Party was all about up and comers and specifically female and minority candidates.
Well a female is out, a young gay single man is out, the only Asian-American in the field bowed out early and the 2 main Black candidates were out in the fall.
Now we have a 70 year old female, a 77 year old former VP, a 78 year old Socialist and a 78 year old billionaire who is a Democratic Trump (In terms of money and a New Yorker)
So in other words, doesn't matter the party. It's mostly always going to be a field of old, white men. No matter the party.

Which is an aspect of Bernie's rise that's interesting, that it's the younger demographic that so fervently propelled him, a guy almost too old to be a boomer, forward.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 1:15 pm Thought the Democratic Party was all about up and comers and specifically female and minority candidates.

Bernie's rise isn't political. It's religious.
Just like Trump's.

So you are saying someone will get the courage to answer the 100+ pages of “who you got”. Or we’re still waiting on more to drop out before we know what we want?
I am, I said.
Re: Klobuchar
It's interesting that the Bernie Brigade yells at older Democrats and says that they're all just too conservative to vote for a "visionary" like Bernie, when the truth is that they all know just exactly how ill he looks and think he should have withdrawn after the heart attack.Feral wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 1:28 pmWhich is an aspect of Bernie's rise that's interesting, that it's the younger demographic that so fervently propelled him, a guy almost too old to be a boomer, forward.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 02, 2020 1:15 pm Thought the Democratic Party was all about up and comers and specifically female and minority candidates.

It’s quite the paradox, Bernie’s popularity among youth contrasted with voters who are closer to his age.

Uncle burnie is popular with the kid’s because he is promising them everything under the moon. Of course the children favor free tuition, free healthcare, free child care, fee living wage, erased student loans. The kiddies lap that $#it up. The adults know better.

I would have voted for burnie when I was 22.
