I have earned the right to say that today.
I am very aware that there are multiple threads regarding the virus and our inept government but this one is 100% dedicated to my being FUCKING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!
I just put in a call to my primary care physician because I am now 90% convinced I have the virus.

As far as "Fuck the USA".....
I live in a country where there is a virus that is killing many people and a person can't find/buy a thermometer to take their temperature, a person can't find/buy a mask to keep themselves and others safe, it's difficult to buy find/buy Tylenol to treat yourself if you may/do have the virus, and it's difficult to get tested to see if you even have the virus.
To top it off, I just found out a good friend of mine lost his mother today to the virus.
Three words - W! T! F! ?

I don't know about that, but I would have thought/hoped the US would have been a leader through this.

It's just been playing catchup so far.

Was going through one of my way too frequent angry moments and while I probably should have kept it to myself - obviously I didn't.
I've concluded being alone through all of this makes me crave attention/companionship.

Yeah, being world leaders would be a part of American exceptionalism.

Hang in there gutter, and I feel the same way. It's like the U.S. got caught with their pants down and didn't make the necessary adjustments, i.e. Pearl Harbor. But unlike Pearl Harbor, this is an invisible enemy, but the U.S. should have been more prepared and stock piled supplies and had a plan in place when an inevitable pandemic like this would happen.

They used to have that.

Gutter, I find that I can only watch so much news and then I have to watch British mysteries, police detectives in quaint villages with very odd murders.

Venting is okay, too.
