1) I can't believe it was supposedly all the way back in 1963 when Muhammad Ali first said, "I am the greatest".
Was Ali the greatest - yes or no? If no, feel free to say who you feel was/is the greatest boxer.

2) All of a sudden 5 people out of no-where decide to run for President as an "Independent" (not Republican nor Democratic) candidate.
Those 5 people are Mark Cuban, Condoleezza Rice, Robert "Bob" Ehrlich, Charlie Crist Jr., and Ron Nirenberg. Assuming Biden is the Democratic candidate and Trump is the Republican candidate, would you vote for one of the Independents?

3) Do you have a ceiling fan in your home?

4) Two parter and a morbid question.
a) At what age do you think you will die?
b) If you could choose what age you are when you die - what age would you choose?

5) What was your first car that was all your's (meaning not using/borrowing your parent/s car)?

1. Greatest influence on boxing, yes. Greatest boxer? Probably. It is hard to compare different eras and different weight classes. Mayweather probably could make a case for himself too. But they are so different and from such different eras.

2. Yes to Rice and Cuban. I don't know who the others are.

3. Yes. Living room and bedrooms.

4. Not sure. Longer than whenever it happens.

5. Galant....my mom gave it to me because me and my friends accidentally burnt a hole in the back seat smoking weed in high school. Cloth seats. Dark night time cruise. Blunt got dropped. It was game over for that seat. She was so pissed. Just gave me the car so we never had to share again.

1. Yeah probably. Was something like 55-4 and 2 of those losses were after he retired for a time and was much older compared to a bunch of the young heavyweights that came up.
2. I'd vote Cuban. And I think he'd have a damn good shot too. He's one of those that is financially conservative (Capitalism and all that) but also is more liberal in social beliefs. He'd kind of be a hodgepodge of the 2 major parties.
3. 3 of my 4 bedrooms and our downstairs living room area. 4 all together.
4. 80. 88
5. Yeah not going to reveal that.

Finally. The first several replies showed that this board knows almost nothing about boxing pre Tyson-Holyfield ear bite.

I don't have any problem with saying Ali is the greatest, though, given his entire contribution.

But, I'm not a big fan of heavyweight, and Ray Robinson's full sheet is just unmatched.

I'm only a fan of heavyweight. If I wanted to see little boys fight I'd hang out at middle schools.

Sports shouldn't have weight classes, unless all sports have weight classes.

Yeah good point about Sugar Ray. So many people, including me, focus on the heavyweights because those guys are the big ticket, but Sugar Ray is the right answer.

My answers....

1) Don't know.
2) Yes. I would vote for any/all of the 5 that I mentioned over Trump and Biden. I'm amazed at how many people feel Mark Cuban would be a good President. Not saying he wouldn't, I just find it very interesting.
3) No. I wish I did. The way my apartment is wired I can't install one/two/three.
4) 59 / If fairly healthy physically and mentally - 90
5) Jeep Renegade.

I loved that car (bright red). My freshmen year at KU I was re-ended and it was totaled, so I bought an 86 Honda CRX SI. Still a fun car, but the RX-7 was much quicker.

Mine was a dark grey (almost black) with red leather interior. Had the detachable sun roof. Loved the car. Bad similarity between you and I in that we both had our cars damaged in accidents while at KU.
I went to Dallas for the 86 Final Four. My parents said under no circumstances am I to drive my car. Well, I didn't. I rode in my buddy's car (stoner car) and let someone else drive my car (non-stoner car). We got to Dallas, I let a KU Basketball "student manager" (I will not mention his name) borrow my car to pick someone up at the airport, a woman (I still remember her name - Bunny Johnson) smashed in to my car. Bad right front end damage.
Smashed car, KU losing to Duke in the semis, still one of the 5 best weekends of my life.

1) I dont follow boxing enough to have an educated opinion. Mike Tyson is still the most fun to watch for me. His level of ferocity and exosiveness is unmatched in any I have seen.
2) Depends on their platform
3) Yes, in every bedroom.
4A) 90 something.
4B) 200
5) 1977 Ford Thunderbird
