I have quite a few black friends today who have daughters and I've seen a ton of shirts that they are wearing that say something to the effect of "Someone with power looks like me"

When the walking talking embodiment of "white privilege" decided they had the green light to take it to the next level, they blew it. trump was never going to cover for them.
