If so, it was a hell of a ride.

Either we get a NCAA ban or we don't, just get it over with and let's see Bill's last chapter here.

No. 1 team in the nation last year.
The favorite going in.
Finish no. 1 AP.

Someone give me a reason to be excited for next year’s squad?

I dunno how we needed up going all in on a small ball roster full of guards who can’t shoot

Can't really think of any good ones.

A transfer alpha guard, Och taking a Selden step, and Wilson, TGF, Enaruna actually playing like pro prospects would be a start, I guess.

Right. But 4 straight NCAA Tournament beatdown losses and losing the conference twice.

I'm not saying we're not an elite program, but the Golden Era was something else.

Gotta imagine they’ll be some roster shakeups between now and next November, perhaps even more so than your average offseason

If recruiting doesn't pick up, this will be a fairly normal occurrence...not every 3 and 4 star recruit is going to be Frank or Devonte.

I will give someone 100 bucks to my 50 that, if allowed in the tourney, we:

A. Are a top 2 seed in the tourney next year
B. Make it to the Sweet 16

I'm interested but want to know who you project as KU's starting PG next year.

I bet KU either finishes 1st or 2nd in the Big XII, but still has no shot in hell at a National Championship.

How about my bet though?

If Harris the starter, I'll absolutely take that bet. He's a nice player but absolutely not a starting PG for a top 2 seeded team in the tournament.

But if Bill is able to land one of the big transfer guards out there then I think it's certainly possible.

I'm not sure what TyTy Washington is looking for, but if it is immediate clock, we've got it.

I’d take him but Id also prefer some proven experience.
