Anyone seen it? For those that haven't heard of it (would have included me a week ago), it's a political comedy made by John Stewart, starring Steve Carrell. Available on... I think it was HBO?
I am curious what others thought of it.
I think it was an awesome depiction of where the two parties are, as well as the disconnect of the political class.
My takeaway was Democrats are arrogant and completely out of touch with, and look down upon, people that aren't like them in terms of wokeness, city-living, and what they would consider culture. But at least there is hope with them because their values line up well with what most people really want.
And the Republicans - they just flat out lie. That's it.
