Jalon Daniels

Big man on campus as far as I'm concerned.
Same here. Dude's a stud. Hishaw's right there, too.
I'm very sunburnt, still a little delirious, and haven't looked at the stats closely or anything, but I felt that Duke and KU were pretty close to even in terms of how good they were and P5 talent overall, perhaps Duke even a little better. The biggest difference was Jalon, whom was far and away the best player on the field. The dominating performance kept us in control the entire game.ChalkRocker wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 4:57 pmSame here. Dude's a stud. Hishaw's right there, too.
And several other guys will grade out very highly on Monday.
A whole buncha studs, I guess.
To yr point, Daniels is THE Guy.
Daniels had ~375 w/ his arm; ~85 w/ his feet. Touched every TD.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 5:03 pmI'm very sunburnt, still a little delirious, and haven't looked at the stats closely or anything, but I felt that Duke and KU were pretty close to even in terms of how good they were and P5 talent overall, perhaps Duke even a little better. We've seen it for a season and a half now, it's not a fluke at this point. He's easily the most talented guy we've had since Reesing.
I mean. I’ll nitpick your first paragraph.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 5:03 pmI'm very sunburnt, still a little delirious, and haven't looked at the stats closely or anything, but I felt that Duke and KU were pretty close to even in terms of how good they were and P5 talent overall, perhaps Duke even a little better. I agree we left points on the board. I just mean, from my seat, in terms of size at every position and skill level, it was pretty equal. But then Jalon was heads and shoulders above the pack. In fact, I think the 2 QB's were easily the 2 best players on the field.NewtonHawk11 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 9:34 pmI mean. KU left like 14+ points on the board. 4th and goal from 1, Devin Neal fumble on the opposing 20 and then had a 4th and 2 in opposing territory that we were going for before a punt.
KU deserved to win that game. And should have by much more than what they did.
But JD is that dude.
I was at the game as well, went with Misery gf and met up with a couple buddies. Awesome game and my face is red. Had sunscreen on except my face because it always makes my face feel greasy.CrimsonNBlue wrote: ↑Sat Sep 24, 2022 5:03 pmI'm very sunburnt, still a little delirious, and haven't looked at the stats closely or anything, but I felt that Duke and KU were pretty close to even in terms of how good they were and P5 talent overall, perhaps Duke even a little better.
