The man looks like a cross between Shaq and LeBron. Now if he can only play like a cross between those two - he's going to a be problem. A BIG problem.

Definition of crushing it......
Every year I'm in a draft for tickets for a suite for Bulls and Blackhawks games. There are now just 4 (used to be 6) entities who share the suite.
Breakdown is everyone gets the full suite (12 tickets with an option to get 4 more - total of 16) for 5 games. Then there is one game everyone gets 3 seats (with an option to get 1 more) and then you start drafting a 1/3 of the suite at a time for the the 20 remaining games.
The game everyone got 3 tickets for is the Nets in February.
If you actually read all of that, I had the 1st pick for the Bulls draft and it's a snake draft so then I didn't pick again until the 8th and 9th picks - then not again until the 16th and 17th picks.
1st pick - I debated between the Lakers and Warriors and went with the Lakers. One and only time the Lakers are in town.
2nd pick - I have no idea how and why but the Warriors were then available to me with the 8th pick. One and only time the Warriors are in town. How the f did the Warriors fall to 8? I get people have specific dates that work best for them but come on!
3rd pick - I got the Mavericks with the 9th pick. One and only time the Mavericks are in town.
4th pick - I took the 76ers on my birthday.
5th pick - I took the Hawks the 2nd to last game of the season. Which I think may be an important game in regards to playoff implications.
Then be being resourceful, I took a 1/3 for the Nets in January and then when it snaked around again I was able to snag a second/third for the Nets.
To review, I have the Lakers, Warriors, Mavericks, 76ers, Hawks and 2/3 of the suite for the Nets.
The full suites the other entities took were....
Entity B took the Thunder with the 2nd pick. BIZARRE!!!! But it was then explained to me they have a client in town on that date. Perhaps from Oklahoma City? Their other 4 picks in order were the Knicks, Bucks, Heat, and Magic.
Entity C took the Celtics with 3rd pick and then took the Knicks, Pelicans, Suns (steal that late in the draft), and Hawks.
Entity D took the Clippers with the 4th pick and then took the Celtics, 76ers, and Grizzlies (another steal that late in the draft), and the Hornets.
Thats all. I hope you enjoyed reading the crimson.com post equivalent to Moby Dick and/or War and Peace.

If the NBA is going to call fouls at the rate they are calling them in tonight's Sixers at Celtics opener then I won't be watching much NBA this year. Yeesh.

* Brooklyn lost by 22 at home to the Pelicans on their opening night. I wonder if Nash took any blame for the loss. Actually, no I don't. He didn't.
* Bools without LaVine beat the Heat by 8 in Miami. DeRozan (37 points) may be the most under appreciated player in the league.
* Banchero had 27 points, nine rebounds and five assists in his NBA debut. He only had one game at Duke where he scored 27 or more points.

Westbrook goes 0-11 (Nunn went 0-7 and Beverly went 1-7) and the Lakers are now 0-2.
76ers are all alone in last place in the East.
Can we just fast forward to the NBA Finals and watch the Warriors play the _______________ ?

76ers will bounce back and make the playoffs, only to lose early again. that team just aint it. not a serious contender... theyve wasted Embiid in my opinion. bad moves for like 5 straight seasons
Lakers? theyre fucked. Everything is getting blamed on Russ, his 47 million contract feels untradeable, but they probably need to find a way to trade him. and anthony davis. AD ain't the franchise player people wanted him to be. and unless LA makes some moves they are gonna waste whatever Lebron has left

They won a title with AD.
But shoulda just kept players and gotten Hield and another three and D role player. Instead took on the team killer Westbrook.
Celtics would have been my answer but everything went South with their coach and Robert Williams knee.

I know devils advocate is kinda your thing.
but I also know you know that these two things aren't even remotely similar. Simmons has quite the history to.back up the lay in whiff.

Perfect example of how we live in a fucked up world - Look up Ben Simmons salary.
The biggest thing that soured me on on Simmons was that he allowed his agent to dictate during his rookie year that he wouldn't sign autographs.

I have defended Kyrie on occasion. I have personally witnessed him doing good/kind things.
That being said, I'm not going to over-blow this but I am going to comment.
First off, it was not in the early or late 1990s. It was in the early 2000s. Guy should probably know when it was said.
He said that was the one post everyone chose to see. No, it was the one post he made that he knew damn well was controversial.
"What am I promoting"? This was what he was "promoting".
