He had a zeal for life, and was really annoying. He made it to the end of the Pac12, which seems fitting.

Bill Walton was hilarious as a broadcaster.

In a game that I didn’t really care about or even in a game where KU was winning by double digits comfortably throughout, he was at the top of the list of the college choices for calls/color.

I took this. Besides his basketball career (as a player and an announcer), how I will like to remember him.

I can't find all my other pics.
Here are a couple from the same weekend...

Walton likely would’ve laughed in the faces of the q-type message board activists

For those of you just tuning in, posting those pictures of Bill Walton protesting the Vietnam War and then calling my attention to it was ousdahl's latest in a long series of him questioning my bona fides for being against that war, in light of my current position on Israel's right to defend itself against Hamas.

Sorry for the profanity, my bad, but I wasn't in the mood for being called out, again, by an armchair righteousness warrior.

ousdahl's a nice guy, in person.

But thanks for the humanity, Shirley. Glad you walked that back a bit. I didn’t mean for those pics to be so antagonistic. You’re cool in real life, and even most of the time online too
