NBA 24/25

Post by DeletedUser »

CP3 waived.

He's absolutely ending up on the Lakers, right?

Could we see:

CP3
Reeves
Klay
LeBron
AD

As their starting 5? Doesn't seem too far fetched. Klay looking for revenge and validation. CP3 looking for his first title.

CP3 to the Cavs and LeBron (and Bronny in a trade) are going to join him.

He'll be the one doing cool dances on the bench. Their Anrio Adams.

Giannis brother is so happy he's no longer the nepotism poster boy of the NBA.

At this point in their careers, I can't see why you would start cp3 over D'Angelo Russell

A good back up and veteran presence is what cp3 should be aiming for, especially if he is determined to win ring at the twilight of his career

Supposedly the spurs are interested in cp3. That's one situatuon where he could still start. Spurs need a PG pretty bad, and probably are still several years away from being serious contenders

Playing with a vet like cp3 would be huge for wemby

If it's a minute or two a game in a blowout, why would anyone have an issue with that if his kid is practicing his ass off and his teammates feel he deserves it?

That's great! TTP!
They still won't win a championship. Zero chance Embiid stays healthy for the full season.

Pretty penny but that Embiid window is starting to close even if it’s the initial part of the closing process.

Moral of the story....
I'm running to an orphanage today and looking to find a tall Black kid (male) that I can mold in to a Basketball player to adopt.

Philly is actually making good moves to build around embiid for the first time ever, let's just pray he ain't too old and doesn't get hurt

But the window to build around embiid is closing, they had to do something

Not the first time ever that they have tried to build around Embiid.

Anyways, Maxey gets paid. 5 years 200+ million.

Have you seen all the bad contracts and bad fits they've put around embiid tho?

Simmons, harris were both severely overpaid, at the expense of losing Jimmy butler

Horford was another big deal and bad fit

Paul George on paper is the best fit as far as high end player On a long term deal, but he is old and injury prone so that could backfire too
