Today's (7/27) edition of wtf?

Went to 7/11 on the way home from grocery shopping.
Bought a $10 scratch off. NICE!
Within 10 seconds of getting my W, I hear what sounds like a jet not far away.
I look out my window and see this and think wtf, am I getting nuked or chemical weaponed?
Then I see this....
