The FBI can act without the president. Hence the witch hunt from Jeff Session's DOJ.

Plus Anita Hill only took 3 days. And that was more recent, and more credible.

Kavanaugh and his accuser probably never even met. No one else seems to remember this fake incident.

The FBI acted w/respect to Hill because he was a federal employee and she was a federal employee who alleged that assault/harassment took place on federal property.
