Now they just need to keep driving costs down, both for consumers and corporations. Progress is being made to pull us back out of the gutter but it's a long slog for an impatient, inattentive voting public.

Free market. Maybe raising the standard of living for the middle class after 40 years of stagnation is a good idea. Those socks won't knit themselves.

maybe you should move or seek alternative employment if you don’t like your financial situation

expecting the gov’t to fix everything for you?

sounds like you’re tryin a bit too hard to “supple” the gov’t teat

I fully recognize that my current financial situation makes today's economy less of an issue for me personally. I do not miss the desperation of living meal to meal, check to check and I empathize for those that are in that spot with today's prices.

Any progress is good progress but yes, I wish there was more and I wish it was faster. If someone has a great idea out there that experts believe would accomplish that, I'd support it. But it seems even the experts out there are doing a shitty job of figuring out what levers to pull and what affect they will have.

The Dow closed up for the 12th day in a row, longest streak in over 6 years.

Thanks, Joe

Joe isn’t necessarily wrong

we’ve absolutely cured some cancers. “cancer” is something like 200 unique diseases
