My league is so goofy that the guy who picked 1st overall (and obviously took McCaffrey) saw both Davante Adams AND Tyreek Hill fall to him at 20 and 21. That's an insane top three picks in a ten team league.
How does that even happen? Were there like 4 or 5 QBs taken in the top 20?
Only 2, Mahomes and then Jackson. Kelce and Kittle went in the 2nd. The stunner was that the same guy who drafted 2 DSTs, 2 TEs and back to back QBs picked Mike Evans with the 3rd pick in the 2nd Round over Adams, Hill, Hopkins, Jones and about 8 other WRs I would have picked over Evans. Another guy took James Conner about 3 rounds earlier than necessary. Bizarro Land.
Haha sounds like it.

I have James Conner in the KCrim league, not sure when i took him, but i think he might be sneaky good this year if he stays healthy because he won't be in a timeshare situation.

I definitely took Gronk too early, but like others have said about various guys, it is for fun and i like him.

I 'reached' a bit with Conner in the 4th ( 33rd overall ) in my 10 team last night because I saw if I didn't, that'd i'd be picking from Mark Ingram, Leonard Fournette, Raheem Mostert or Jonathan Taylor when the 5th came around.

He could have a bit of a bounce back with Roethlisberger back in action.

QB: Dak Preskott, Cam Newton
RB: Derrick Henry, Josh Jacobs, Cam Akers, DAndre Swift, Alexander Mattison
WR: Kenny Golladay, Robert Woods, Will Fuller, Jamison Crowder, Sterling Shephard
TE: Austin Hooper
K: Ryan Succop
DEF: Indianapolis
Golladay and Crowder out.
Having to play Shephard in any format, but especially in a non PPR, during a non-bye week is going to really hurt.

I have Golladay, Godwin, Crowder and Cooks on one of my fantasy teams.

All four are listed as questionable for this week. Awesome.

Lost my game in the Crim league but am otherwise doing really well with most of my other teams.
Drafting and having non first round guys such as Dak, Russell, Aaron Jones, and Ridley on many of my teams definitely helps.

Speaking of Football and fantasies.....

I have a co-worker who's son is a Freshman in HS. He plays QB for a team that isn't good. He's not the starter but I've been told he plays about half the game. She has posted multiple videos of him playing and simply put - he's terrible. He has no understanding of how to play the position and I guess the coaches are partially to blame for that.
She posted two videos of him playing in his most recent game. In one video he hands the ball off to the RB but the other team is coming on a blitz and one of the defensive players takes the ball right out of their hands (on the hand off) and runs it back/in for a TD.
In the other one, he is slightly rolling out. Has an open receiver but has to throw across his body. HUGE struggle for him to even throw it about 10 yards in that situation. A defender gets his hands up, blocks the pass, the ball gets tipped in the air, and fortunately for him and his team - the ball falls to the ground. I have no idea why her kid is playing QB nor can I figure out how/why he doesn't get crushed because his OL sucks too.
This woman really knows very little about football but these videos do nothing but incriminate her son (and his teammates) in terms of his (and their) LACK of ability.
So.....why post them?

There's a guy in my league that is buzz-sawing through everyone.
1st pick.
Josh Allen. DeAndre Hopkins. Calvin Ridley. Christian McCaffrey. Raheem Mostert.

I hear you but if I loved my son I wouldn't post videos that "incriminate" him.
Post a pic or a video of him in his uniform - in the huddle - talking to a cheerleader - whatever - just not doing exactly what he should NOT be doing in terms of playing QB.

That will do it. Get the right guys who go off and you're all good.
Biggest fear will always be injuries and it's looking like there is a good chance McCaffrey and Mostert might get him ZERO points this week.

Work league i'm in, where the commish swindled himself Barkley and Mixon last season for scraps and won it all, is currently 0-2 with an injured Barkley.

No matter.
He trades away Kelce ( top 2 TE ), Will Fuller ( meh ) and James White for Derrick Henry ( top 3 RB ), Kenny Golladay ( top 7 WR ) and Diontae Johnson ( meh ).

Ah, and just in the time we were talking, he got Hayden Hurst for Corey Davis.
So he basically downgraded from Kelce to Hurst, which is significant, but upgraded from Mark Ingram to Derrick Henry and Will Fuller to Kenny Golloday.
Must be nice.
